Requirement A. require a Project Manager to consolidate the investigations done so far and all relevant inputs to make a recommendation on the most effective approach to achieve the expected business benefits. The Project Manager will also be responsible for sizing, planning and delivering the SEO work. B.In defining the shape of the delivery project he*she will be expected to engage with relevant external parties to consider a delivery approach based on commercial buy-in to the solution. Attributes .The Project Manager should have experience of retail E-Commerce developments with a track record involving delivery of search-engine-optimised sites. .He*she must have a persuasive style to enable all retail chains to be bought in to a common solution. .He*she must have proven ability to create business change to ensure that all business process implications of SEO, especially in the areas of content management, are properly identified and followed through into routine business activities. .He*she must have a rigorous approach to scope management with a can-do attitude. .The technical context is Broadvision, Solaris, Apache, Javascript, Html, Oracle.
